Italian Pasta Lamb Soup with Toast @ Recipe for 6 servings

意式螺旋面羊肉杂菜汤@家庭式菜肴
某个星期天,我枕边人从姐姐家把聚会后余剩的烤羊肉,带回家收藏以备用(因为不想浪费食物,珍惜资源,拯救地球)。终于,她於前几天从冰柜拿出来烹饪,先把烤羊肉切块,再加以其他配料,然后煮成浓香的意大利式羊肉杂菜汤。


如您们下次于聚会或晚宴后,用余剩的烤羊肉或牛肉也可效仿如此做法。以下是我提供的食物原料和煮法食谱作为您的参考!

食物原料@Ingredients
1 lbs Boneless roasted *lamb/beef (leg or shoulder), cut in 1/2-inch cubes
2 teaspoon Olive oil 
1 3/4 lbs Can of tomatoes, diced
15 oz Can of tomato sauce, reduced sodium
12 tablespoon Red wine (optional/选择性)
2 tablespoon Lemon juice 
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
2 teaspoon Oregano leaves
1 large Green pepper, cut in pieces
1 cup Sliced fresh mushrooms
3 small Garlic, finely chopped
1 large Onion, finely chopped
2 cup Pasta (Fusilli Rigati)

1 cup Water

煮法步骤@Ingredients
1. Heat olive oil in large saucepan, quickly brown *lamb/beef cubes。
2. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, red wine, lemon juice, black pepper, oregano, garlic and water.
3. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Add green pepper, mushrooms and onion.
5. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
6. Meanwhile cook the 2 cups of pasta in 5 cups of water.
7. Drain and add to soup just before serving.

意式羊肉杂菜汤热喷喷的端上,再配以烤面包@Toast沾点汤汁。您将会有无法想象的满足滋味,虽然这只是用余剩的肉类烹饪出来的菜肴,但肯定是营养丰富兼美味香浓的一餐。
