大同集團“春喜“新年套餐 @ 2015 Chinese New Year Promotion at Imperial Garden PJ

2015年刚开始,荣幸受邀出席大同集團的春喜@Spring Reunion的年菜發布會。今年大同集團共推出5款新年套餐(價格從RM498++ 至 RM2298++)供食客選擇享用。当晚大同集團春喜设有中华古典乐曲演奏@Chinese classical music performance,也特别安排中华民间艺术现场示范,如捏泥人@Dough Figurine,中国书法@Chinese Calligraphy 和糖画艺术@Candy Painting。还有餐厅的享用环境及佳节氛围,确实令春喜宴生色不少。
















大同集團在现场准备了一个超大的捞生仪式,让特别嘉宾和厨师们来齐捞生并为春喜宴的活动开幕。紧接就是新年菜肴的正式登场!






理所当然,当晚的第一道菜肴是农历佳节里不可缺的捞生咯!今年我们享有大同鮮果撈生@ Golden fortune Yee Sang ~assorted fruits and nuts (半卖/RM68++,  1卖/RM98++) 来迎接羊年此特色捞生采用8种鮮果來取代傳統食材,鮮果有芒果、柑橘、火龍果、楊桃、葡萄、石榴、青蘋果和水蒲桃,再搭配5款坚果谷类来添加迷人的口味

价格是半卖/RM68++,  1/RM98++



原盅蟲草花螺頭燉雞湯Double-boiled chicken soup with Chinese cordyceps,是一家老少获得滋补养生的保健汤品 






接着出场的菜肴是最让大家期待的盆菜皇Golden Treasure Poon Choy,價格有RM298++/5人份及RM498++/10人份。今年的盆菜融合了泰式料理的风味,并加入辣椒干@ Dried Chili和香茅@ Lemongrass,让盆菜肴汁帶点酸辣滋味。盆菜皇的材料還有海参@ Sea Cucumber魚鳔@ Fish Maw蠔鼓@ Dried Oyster、干貝@ conpoy、草@ Tiger Prawn、鱿鱼@ Squid燒鴨@ Roast Duck、菜园雞@ Chicken、炸鱼丸@ Fried Fish Ball、冬菇@ Mushrooms、豆根@ Wheat Gluten、西兰花@ Broccoli、白萝卜@ Radish、芥菜@ Mustard Leaf,还有惹味十分并吸收了肴汁精华的茄子@ Eggplant。此道有别于一般的盆菜口味,是大同集團的特别推介,也是令我吃得回味并极力推荐的新年菜肴









帶子蝦球炒蘆筍百合@ Sauteed Scallops and Prawns with Asparagus and Fresh Lily Bulbs,新鮮海产和的清甜蘆筍与百合的完美搭配,带出富饶層次口感和清新味道的菜肴。






北風臘味瓦煲飯@ Claypot Rice with Waxed Meat,永远是我最愛的新年传统美食。各式腊味的油香渗入米飯里,会令人在不知不觉之中多吃几碗哦



芝麻棗紅豆沙年糕@ Sesame Balls with “Nian Gao” and Red Bean Paste。还有迷你八寶飯@ Mini Eight Treasur Rice 都令大家品尝到新年甜蜜的滋味,让大家度过一个喜洋洋的春喜宴。
